房間非常乾淨整潔。房間可以看到一半室景一半海景。早餐很棒！酒店大堂裡晚上有樂隊演出。酒店位置好，酒店前面就是葛尼公園，臨著海，晚上去散步很方便。酒店旁邊是商場，附近吃飯的地方很多。葛尼區是富人區，整體環境都很棒！

檳城2晚的住宿都選擇在了這家酒店，非常滿意。服務：前台有會中文的工作人員，迎賓和前台工作人員的態度都很好。設施：房間視角好，面海無遮擋，離喬治敦大概10分鐘車程，樓下有一個gurney walk，小型商場，有便利店和咖啡店。酒店有2個泳池。衞生：整潔推薦入住。

位置不錯，酒店其實也不錯。但是我的房間就在電梯後面，所以電梯上上下下特別吵！房間裡面沒有礦泉水的，衹能自己買。餐廳的早餐味道還不錯，洗護用品也不錯。但是前台辦理速度實在是太慢了，不知道的以為自己在置業了。

酒店地點不錯，能看海周邊有巴薩有榴蓮店有大型商場。海邊公園伴著海風散步很舒服。房間內設施齊全易用，有直飲水機解決飲水問題。樓下連通小商場有 24 小時便利店，也有 subway 和各式咖啡餐飲。當然最大的贊要給酒店的送餐服務！實惠且味道很好，種類很多！另外早餐一定不要錯過！！中式湯麵印度咖喱歐式麵點，反正我們天天去吃，感謝服務員的慷慨和友善！7 樓泳池健身設施也覺得不錯，有大的小童池。唯一不足的是海風有點大感覺有點冷！總之酒店硬軟件都不錯，很滿意

房間很大，地理位置很好，在海邊，離喬治鎮中心開車幾分鐘，設施符合雅詩閣風格，尤其是洗護用品非常好聞也非常好。就是洗手間下水台盆根本不下水，堵的嚴重，之前看其他評論也反映過，但酒店也沒有做出改善。

When i walk in hotel,I feel they are very friendly. Check in also fast, when i open room that is fresh & clean room, can see half seaview half cityview. The pillow very soft & whole night sleep very well. Not only that i like, I also like their shampoo like a orange /lemon smell. That is a good place for relax, opposite is a gurney bay park can go to walk around, if don't like walk there also have bicycles rental. Then nearby also have a feel Malay& Chinese restaurant. Morning breakfast have a lot of choosing, including roti canai, egg, rice, mee, porridge, salad, fruit, yoghurt,& dessert.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ascott. It was at a good location in Georgetown which was not too far from town and yet not too busy with the view of the ocean just in front of the hotel. Our room booking came with daily buffet breakfast which was the highlight of our stay despite Penang being a food haven. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to returning in the near future.

在檳城的酒店選了很久，還算蠻成功的。從機場打車半個多小時到，酒店和 GurneyWalk 商業街在一棟樓，從後門出去就是公交站，可以直達峇都丁宜海灘。除了要入住前和退房時額外收了文化遺產稅和旅遊稅，以及辦理入住略低效之外，其他的服務十分到位。房間巨大無比，顯得特別空曠，酒店窗戶東西向的，但是因為窗戶極大，還是能看到很漂亮的大海。房間設施還算乾淨好用。7 樓的泳池開放到很晚，無邊泳池晚上游泳還是很棒的！

A bit of a let down for a 5 ⭐ facilities. Breakfast : 3/5 Bed : 1/5 (Very hard, had to ask the housekeeping to add on a topper) Facilities : 3/5 (a bit disappointed on the creaking sound of the door) Parking : 2/5 (basement parking is not stroller friendly) Kids room : 0/5 (there’s a smoking odour in the room maybe from the ventilation) Front desk : 1/5 (lack of professionalism, complain from 7am, attended at 8pm,the staff that help me checked in couldn’t speak in English properly and not even in Malay, very let down for a 5 ⭐) I will rate it as good value for money if it wasn’t a 5 star hotel for the overall amenities which are much more available than a normal boutique hotel. But overall not worth the price paid. Background, I am a heavy traveler and had more than 20 訂房網站s per year on hotel alone so I believe my opinion is justified knowing the differences. We even extend the 訂房網站 by booking at their partner hotel (boutique) and had better experience in fact. Hope they can look into this😌 but I thanked the housekeeping and maintenance for attending to our needs 🩷
